Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products You purchased from Us.

Words with the initial letter capitalized have specific meanings as defined here, regardless of singular or plural forms.

Definitions
For this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The Really Big Company LLC, 3145 Villa Marbella Cir, Reno, NV.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Alphaura, accessible from www.alphaura.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Alphaura Guarantee

The Alphaura Guarantee applies to all orders with the Guarantee listed in the product description. These items may be returned within 30 days if they are "not as described," "unusable," or "in damaged condition upon receipt."

The Alphaura Guarantee does not cover returns for items that you no longer want. Due to COVID-19 impacts, we are unable to process returns for used items unless they meet the criteria above.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without needing to provide a reason. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed. If the item hasn’t shipped, we will attempt to cancel the order.

To cancel an Order, inform Us within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@alphaura.reamaze.com. For returns and cancellations, We will reimburse You within 7 days from receiving the returned Goods or an approved cancellation. We will use the same payment method You used, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were received within the last 3 days (or 30 days if ordered with the Alphaura™ Guarantee).
  • The Goods are in their original packaging and are not in working/functional condition. Working, as-described products are generally not eligible for return. You may request a return for a functional item by contacting support; decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Goods

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, by nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are in working condition and as described on the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at Our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Please contact support for return instructions for any faulty or unusable orders.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to You later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
